中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效探讨

Effects Investigation of Xiaokui Prescription Retention Enema in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨自拟消溃方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果。方法选取我院近年来收治溃疡性结肠炎患者250例,以随机抽样方法分为对照组(125例)和中药保留灌肠组(125例);对照组患者采用西医药物治疗;中药保留灌肠组患者则采用自拟消溃方保留灌肠治疗;比较两组患者近期疗效、症状缓解率及治疗前后中医证候积分等。结果中药保留灌肠组患者近期疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);中药保留灌肠组患者症状缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时中药保留灌肠组患者治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟消溃方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效改善消化道症状,促进溃疡愈合。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of Xiaokui prescription retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 250 patients with ulcerative colitis were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group（125 patients）with western medicine drug treatment and TCM retention enema group（125 patients）with Xiaokui prescription retention enema treatment;and the recent efifcacy, syndrome remission rate and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The recent efifcacy of TCM retention enema group was signiifcant better than control group（P〈0.05）. The syndrome remission rate of TCM retention enema group was signiifcant better than control group（P〈0.05）. And the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment of TCM retention enema group was signiifcant better than Control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaokui prescription retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis can efifciently improve gastrointestinal symptoms and promote ulcer healing.
