探讨临床路径在精神科护理安全管理中的应用

To Investigate the Clinical Application of Psychiatric Nursing Path Safety Management

目的分析临床路径在精神科护理过程中安全管理的效果。方法以我院2013年1月至2013年12月两个精神临床科室作为观察组和比对组,观察组使用临床路径护理安全管理,比对组使用传统护理方式,统计此期间内所发展的护理问题以及患者及患者家属对护理服务的满意程度对比。结果观察组和比对组相比,发生护理差错和意外事件的概率明显更低,并且患者及患者家属对服务的满意程度也有明显提升。结论临床路径在精神科的护理安全管理中,能够显著降低临床以外事件的发生概率,并且有效的提升患者及患者家属对护理服务质量的满意,临床效果值得肯定。

Objective To analyze the clinical path management safety in psychiatric nursing process effect. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 in two psychiatric clinical departments as the observation group and the control group, the observation group using clinical path nursing safety management, control group used the traditional nursing method, the development of statistics this period nursing problems of patients and family members of patients with the contrast and the satisfaction degree of nursing service. Results Compared with the control group and observation group, probability of occurrence of nursing errors and accidents is signiifcantly lower, and the satisfaction of patients and their families on the service also had the obvious promotion. Conclusion The clinical pathway in nursing safety management department of psychiatry, can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence besides clinical events, and family members of patients and improve the quality of nursing service satisfaction, clinical effect is worth afifrmation.
