摘要
《丧服经传》是《仪礼》第十一篇。礼乐制度的根本功能在于确立君统,建立一种有差别的等级宗法社会秩序。东汉中后期,太后临朝称制、外戚和宦官专权,使得皇权陵夷、纲纪沦丧。作为东汉黑暗社会的受害者与反抗者,一代经学大师马融也通过注释《丧服经传》,曲折地表达了他试图强化宗法礼制、借以重建纲常秩序的社会变革理想。
‘The Notes to Etiquettes on Funeral” is the eleventh piece of Rites .The essence of the system of rites and music is to confirm the status of an emperor and to establish a rank order in feudal society .In the middle and late period of Donghan Dynasty ,the Queen mother ,the relatives in material lines and eunuchs controlled the power ,which resulted in the crisis of the power of an emperor and the disorder of rites .Ma Rong ,as a master of Confucian ,was victimized in that dark society and was forced to revolt ,who intricately and implicitly expressed his intention to stress the rites of feudalism and to reestablish the order by his interpretations of “The Notes to Etiquettes on Funeral” .
