缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾炎临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Valsartan Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取于笔者所在医院就诊的34例慢性肾炎患者,随机分为两组,各17例,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用缬沙坦。比较两组治疗前及治疗20周后的24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h pro)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、动脉血压及C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果:治疗前后对比,除Scr、BUN变化不明显外,其余指标均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善较对照组显著(P<0.05)。两组均仅出现1例不良反应。结论:缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾炎患者,安全可靠,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of Valsartan combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Method：34 chronic nephritis patients in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,17 cases in each group.The control group was given Atorvastatin therapy and the observation group was giren Valsartan on the basis of the control group.The changes in 24 h pro,Scr,BUN,arterial blood pressure,CRP of the two groups before and 20 weeks after the treatment were compared.Result：Comparing with the indicators before and after treatment,Scr and BUN had no change（P〉0.05）, the remaining index were improved significantly（P〈0.05）,and observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.1 case side-effect occurred in two groups respectively.Conclusion：Valsartan combined with Atorvastatin therapy in patients with chronic nephritis is safe and reliable,the effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
