稳心颗粒治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者的疗效观察

The Clinical Efficacy Observation of Wenxinkeli on the Heart Failure of Patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Associated with Atrial Fibrillation and Fast Heart Rate

目的:观察稳心颗粒对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者的治疗效果。方法:将68缺血性心肌病心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。所有患者均进行常规药物治疗,治疗组加服稳心颗粒。分别在治疗前后进行血浆NT-pro BNP水平检测、6 min步行距离测量、LVEF测定、NYHA心功能分级。结果:治疗组NT-pro BNP水平下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),且6 min步行距离测量、LVEF测定、NYHA心功能分级治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭合并快速心房颤动患者在常规治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗可以提高疗效。

Objective：To observe the cardiac functional effect of Wenxinkeli on the heart failure of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy associated with Atrial fibrillation and fast heart rate.Method：68 patients with hart failure accompanied by atrial fibrillation and fast heart rate were randomly divided into control group of 34 patients and treatment group of 34 patients.The control group was given regular therapy;while the treatment group was administered Wenxinkeli on the basis of conventional treatment.Concentrations of plasma NT - proBNP,6-minute walk distance,echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction,changes in heart rate of NYHA were measured before and after treatment.Result：The level of plasma NT-proBNP in the treatment group was remarkably declined after treatment than the control group（P〈0.05）,6-minute walk distance,echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction,changes in heart rate of NYHA were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Integration of Wenxinkeli and routine western medicine treatment can produce a satisfied effect on ischemic myocardial disease with congestive heart failure associated with atrial fibrillation combined with a fast heart rate .
