尿毒症并发恶性肿瘤的危险因素

随着尿毒症患者数量的增加,尿毒症患者合并恶性肿瘤的发生率呈现上升趋势。通过阅读国内外相关文献,发现尿毒症患者有毒素水平高、需肾脏替代治疗、免疫功能障碍等特点,这些均与尿毒症患者肿瘤发生率较高有关。早期认识到尿毒症患者发生肿瘤的风险性大小,及时发现并治疗,提高患者的生存率。

With increasing numbers of uremic patients being diagnosed,the number of uremic patients and malignant tumors is also rising.This review is to explore the carcinogenic factors.Among the uremic patients,their characteristics were including high levels of toxins,renal replacement therapy,immune dysfunction,via reading related literatures published in homeland and abroad,recent years.These may be contributing to the high incidence of cancers within uremic patients.Understanding of these abnormal may help to estimate the risk for cancers in the early stage,timely detection and treatment,improve patients survival rates.
