摘要
根据IMO安委会第92次会议的修正案35对SOLAS规范第Ⅱ-1章C部分第29条第3段增加的补充说明3.5.3,对于无法做到结构吃水的情况,需对压载状态的舵叶的受力和扭矩进行推算,得出等效于结构吃水状态情况下的数据,以验证舵机的性能。虽然此修正案已生效一段时间,散货船也一直提交压载状态的舵叶受力和扭矩计算书,但有时会忽略试验结果与理论计算的比对,对其计算过程中一些参数的选取也不够严密。文章将在82K散货船的基础上分析转换计算的过程和一些参数选取。
According to the section 3.5.3 of MCS 92/26 annex 35 for the paragraph 3, clause 29, section C in chapter I of SOLAS II, if full rudder immersion cannot be achieved, the output torque of the steering gear in actual rudder submerged condition should be calculated to check the steering gear capability. Though the annex has been effective for a period of time and bulk carrier have already submitted the rudder calculation at the normal ballast condition, sometimes the comparison between the test report and calculation book may be ignored, and the choosing of the coefficient is not stringent. In this paper, the rudder calculation and the coefficient selection at sea trail condition are analyzed based on 82K bulk carrier.
