全髋关节置换术后早期康复的临床观察

摘要 目的观察全髋关节置换术后进行早期负重和面向任务的功能性活动的疗效,制定科学的康复方案。方法 30例全髋关节置换术后患者进行早期负重和面向任务的功能性活动,随访时进行摄片及Harris髋关节评分评定。结果未出现假体松动、脱位、深静脉血栓形成、髋部及全身感染等并发症。Harris髋关节评分结果为优:21例;良:8例;可:1例,优良率96.7%。结论全髋关节置换术后进行早期负重和面向任务的功能性活动明显改善患肢疼痛及功能。
