摘要
目的 :研究混苯作业工人外周血 DNA损伤。方法 :应用新型彗星图象分析系统对单细胞凝胶电泳 (SCGE)检测的制鞋厂 112名接触混苯作业工人进行 DNA损伤分析。结果 :发现接触混苯作业工人外周血细胞尾长、矩迁移比、尾矩、尾惯量、惯量迁移比尾长 /头长比、尾 DNA% ,与对照组比较差异均有显著性 ,并且混苯浓度越高的工种 DNA损伤程度越大。结论 :苯、甲苯与二甲苯之间存在一定的相互作用 。
Objective:To study the effect of benzene,toluene,xylene occupational exposure on DNA Damage in Human Peripheral Lymphocyte.Methods:Single cell gel electrophoresis was used.Results:There was obvious dos response relationship between the tail length,tail moment (TM), tail DNA %, ratio of moment move (RM), ratio of inertia move (RI) of comet cells and the concentration of mixed exposure to benzene,toluene,xylene.Conclusion:Mixed exposure to benzene,toluene,xylene could induce DNA damage on human peripheral lymphocyte.
