简论鄂尔多斯市儿童免疫预防的历史分期及疫苗针对传染病的流行趋势

On Historical Stage for Childhood Immunization Planning and the Epidemic Trend of EPI Infectious Disease in Ordos Area

目的探讨鄂尔多斯地区儿童免疫预防的历史分期及疫苗针对传染病的流行趋势。方法采用Excel统计软件对鄂尔多斯地区1951-2013年疫苗针对传染病发病率和死亡率进行分析。结果鄂尔多斯地区儿童免疫预防应该分为4个历史时期。免疫规划针对传染病发病率和死亡率均大幅度降低。结论继续维持儿童高免疫接种率。加强免疫规划针对传染病的监测。

Objective To discuss on EPI stage of history and The epidemic trend of EPI infectious disease in Ordos area. Methods statistical analysis of data using the Excel software. Results EPI should be divided into four historical periods in Ordos area. The morbidity and mortality of EPI infectious disease is greatly reduced. Conclusion Maintain a high level of children immunization coverage.Strengthen monitoring for EPI infectious disease.
