摘要
目的探讨VEGF、Ang-2及Tie-2在EMs患者卵巢异位组织、子宫内膜中的表达。方法收集30例子宫内膜异位症患者的卵巢异位组织及在位内膜组织和30例正常子宫内膜组织,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测各组织中的VEGF、Ang-2及Tie-2的表达水平。结果 VEGF在正常内膜、EMs在位内膜及异位内膜组织中的表达阳性率逐渐升高(16.67%、86.67%、90.00%),三组比较P<0.01;Ang-2在正常内膜、EMs在位内膜及异位内膜组织中的表达阳性率为(33.33%、70.00%、60.00%),三组比较P<0.05;Tie-2在正常内膜、EMs在位内膜及异位内膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为(13.33%、50.00%、40.00%),三组比较P<0.01;EMs中VEGF、Ang-2、Tie-2三者密切相关(r=0.875、r=0.905、r=0.898)。结论 VEGF、Ang-2、Tie-2的表达与子宫内膜异位症密切相关,可能为子宫内膜异位症的发生发展提供一定的理论依据,为其治疗提供新的靶点。
Objective To detect the expression of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), Ang-2 (angiopoietin-2) and Tie-2 in endometriosis and their correlation with menstrual cycle and clinical stage. Methods The expression of VEGF, Ang-2 and Tie-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry methods. Results The expression of VEGF in the normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium tissues gradually increased the positive rate (16.67%. 86.67%, 90.00%), compared three groups (P〈0.01). The expression of Ang-2 in the normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium tissues the positive rate (33.33%. 70.00%. 60.00%), compared three groups (P〈0.05). The expression of Tie-2 in the normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium tissues the positive rate (13.33%. 50.00%, 40.00%), compared three groups (P〈0.05). The expression ofVEGF, Ang-2 and Tie-2 is closely correlated with each other (t=0.875, r=0.905, r=0.898). Conclusion Our findings suggest that there is a close relation between VEGF, Ang-2 and Tie-2, the up-regulation of VEGF and Ang-2 may cooperatively contribute to survival and invasion of endometriosis. This may provide new targets for therapy of endometriosis.
