摘要
目的对放射工作人员的辐射防护进行监测,了解放射工作人员外周血淋细胞染色体畸变率、微核率,为放射工作人员的健康提供科学依据。方法对全市257名放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体采用微量全血培养法及微核采用甲基纤维素法进行检查。结果 257名放射工作人员染色体畸变率未检出,微核畸变率随着工龄增加有增高趋势,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),男性放射工作人员的微核检出率高于女性,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射工作人员在现有工作条件下会受到健康损害,应加强放射防护。
Objective to monitor the radiation protection of the radiation workers, understand the peripheral radiation workers pour cell chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate and provide scientific basis for the health of radiation workers. Methods the city's 257 radiation workers peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome by micro whole blood culture method and microkernel by using methyl cellulose. Results 257 radiation workers chromosome aberration rate was not detected, micro nuclear aberration rate with the increase of length of service has increased, but the difference is not significant (P 〉 0.05), the micronucleus rate of male the radiological workers than women, but no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion under the condition of existing work will be affected by radiation workers health damage, radiological protection should be strengthened.
