挤压综合征所致高血钾症的心电图分析

摘要 目的探讨心电图对挤压综合征引起高血钾症诊断的价值。方法对10例外伤患者所致高血钾的心电图与血清钾浓度进行对照分析。结果显示血清钾高低与心电图改变并不呈绝对平行关系,不同程度的高血钾在心电图上有不同的特征表现。结论心电图对高血钾改变的反应比血清钾更准确,更及时,可作为诊断高血钾,判定其程度和观察疗效的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram for hyperkalemia induced by crush syndrome. Methods Ten patients with hyperkalemia induced by crush syndrome were included to analysis their electrocardiogram and the level of serum potassium. Results The results showed that the changes of serum potassium were not absolute coincidence with the ECG change. The varied hyperkalemia changes had varied ECG changes. Conclusion ECG could be used in making the early and accurate diagnosis of hyperkalemia. It provide an important means of detecting with hyperkalemia, determining the degree and observing the curative effect.
