摘要 目的探讨卵巢癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法,检测60例卵巢癌组织,32例良性卵巢肿瘤中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达情况。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤组HIF-1α、VEGF的表达明显高于正常卵巢和良性卵巢肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达与肿瘤病理分级有关(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF和HIF-1α与卵巢癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移有关,他们可成为卵巢癌化疗新的分子治疗靶点。 Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and HIF-1α in ovarian cancer tissue. Methods The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and HIF-1α were assessed by immunohistochemical staining in 60 cases of ovarian cancer, and 32 cases of benign ovarian tumor. Results Expression of ovarian malignant tumor group HIF-1α, VEGF was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian and benign ovarian tumor, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Expression and pathological HIF-1α and VEGF in ovarian carcinoma grading (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion VEGF and HIF-1α and ovarian cancer occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of ovarian cancer, they can become a new molecular therapeutic target for chemotherapy.
