摘要
宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)是宫颈癌的癌前病变,合理干预宫颈上皮内瘤变对降低宫颈癌的发生有着至关重要的作用,规范处理宫颈上皮内瘤变意义重大。对不同级别的宫颈上皮内瘤变采用不同的治疗方法,同时需兼顾患者的具体情况予以合适的个体化治疗方案。
Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is a precursor lesion of cervical cancer. Adequate intervention of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is important to present cervical cancer,which require standardized management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Patients will need individualized management,according to their comorbidities and the grade of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
