摘要
近年来变速器装配涉及的齿轮、轴承压装工艺被广泛应用,对高速旋转齿轮及轴承的装配质量提出了更高要求。本文利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对光轴过盈配合进行接触非线性分析,针对冷压和热压两种方法研究摩擦系数、过盈量对装配应力的影响。本文采用有限元分析方法对变速器过盈配合进行非线性分析,研究成果对改进装配工艺,提高产品质量具有参考意义。
In recent years, gear and bearing assembly technology of gearbox is widely used, and assembly quality put forward higher requirements for high speed rotating gear and bearing. In this paper, contact nonlinear analysis was carried out by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. For cold and hot pressing two methods to study the friction coefficient, the amount of interference effects on assembly stress. This article uses the finite element analysis method to nonlinear analysis of transmission interference fit. The research result has reference significance for improving the assembly process and the quality of products.
