Development of the Control Strategy for AMT Automatic Clutch System

摘要 本文提出了一种高效的控制系统开发流程,并将其应用于干式AMT自动离合器控制系统的开发。在开发过程中设计了以直流电机为驱动的电动离合器执行机构,对手动档奔腾B50轿车进行改装,搭建了自动离合器实验样车。同时运用AMESim软件搭建样车仿真模型,设计了基于LQR的优化控制算法,对控制算法进行了AMESim-Simulink联合仿真测试与标定。在此基础上利用试验车对优化控制算法进行快速原型测试。通过模型仿真与快速原型测试完成了控制策略的初步开发。 An efficient development processes is proposed and applied into the development of the clutch control system of AMT. An electric clutch actuator is designed, which adopts DC motor as the actuating device. Then we design a test vehicle with that actuator, and also build a simulation model of the test vehi- cle with AMESim. An improved optimal controller based on LQR is designed and calibrated firstly by AMESim-Simulink joint simulation. After that, the performance of the controller is tested by means of rap- id control prototype with the test car. Using simulation and rapid control prototype, the essential control strategy can be developed with small calibration effort.
