摘要
针对分布、异构及条件各异的制造资源服务化封装的需求,根据制造资源的信息感知和行为控制程度,将云服务化封装简单划分为高度封装、部分封装和近零封装三种模式;建立了一种基于Multi-Agent的制造资源云服务化封装适配器,设计了该适配器的结构模型和工作交互机制,并研究了基于语义有向图的适配器知识表示及积累方法;基于JADE平台对制造资源云服务化封装适配器进行了实现,并结合重庆市汽摩零部件产业进行了初步应用实践。
Aiming at the different requirements of distribution, heterogeneous and different conditions for manufacturing resource service encapsulation, the cloud service encapsulation was divided into high level encapsulation, portion encapsulation and nearly none encapsulation according to the information perception and the behavior level ofmanufacturing resource. A manufacturing resource adaptor for cloud service encapsulation based on Multi-Agentwas established, the structural model and work interaction mechanisms were designed, and the knowledge representation and accumulation method of the adaptor based on semantic digraph was researched. The manufacturing resource adaptor for cloud service encapsulation was realized based on Java Agent Development Framework (JADF)platform, and the preliminary practice was conducted in the Chongqing automobile and motorcycle industry.
