"文化治理现代化"的概念是基于党的十八届三中全会中"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的治理理念而提出的,国家治理体系主要包括经济治理、政治治理、社会治理、文化治理、生态治理、政党治理等领域的制度安排和体制机制,因此,"文化治理现代化"是国家治理体系的重要组成部分。

The modern culture of governance requires to achieve the modern concept of governance on the idea, then puts the implementation of this concept to the specific operational level, that means the market-oriented culture of governance is scientific, democratic, legal and humane, etc.It should also focus on the role of civil society organizations, intermediary organizations, and in-termediary organizations in the cultural governance.In Western countries, there are different cultural governance models, but the word cultural modernization process of governance must solve the practical problems currently facing China as the starting point and end point, rather than simply apply and repeat the experience of other countries and cultural patterns of governance.
