高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定饲料中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星

Determination of Enrofloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Norfloxacin in Feeds Using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

建立饲料中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定方法。试样用磷酸盐缓冲溶液提取,经固相萃取小柱净化,氮气吹干后用溶解待测。采用LC-MS/MS测定,色谱柱为C8反相色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,电喷雾正离子模式电离,多反应选择离子检测(MRM),外标法定量。结果表明方法可用于饲料中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星和诺氟沙星的同时测定。。

To establish a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS）method was developed for determinations of enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin in Feeds.enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin were extracted by sonication with Phosphat buffer solution.By the SPE cartridge and nitrogen dry,the extracts were dissolved.The separations were performed on a C8 reversephase columnusing acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid as the mobile phase.The analysis was carried out under positive ESI MS/MS and multiple reaction monitoring mode （MRM）.The method was proved to be simpl and accurate.
