应用RFLP技术分析HIV感染相关基因的多态性

摘要 目的 :评估不同人群对 HIV的遗传易感性 ,为制定艾滋病的预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法 :应用 PCR/RFL P技术进行 HIV感染相关基因 SDF1、CCR2 b、CCR5的多态性分析 ,并用核酸测序技术进行验证。结果 :发现 PCR/RFL P分析结果与核酸测序结果一致 ,该方法便于操作、成本较低。结论 :可以将 PCR/RFL P分析方法应用于 HIV感染相关基因多态性的人群分布调查 ,为今后深入研究中国人 SDF1、CCR2 b、 Objective:To analyse different human crowd genetic susceptibility to HIV-1 and work out AIDS prevention and control.Methods:PCR/RFLP assay technology was used to analyse SDF1?CCR2b?CCR5 gene polymorphism.And DNA sequencing was applied to test the results of PCR/RFLP.Results:The results of PCR/RFLP were as same as the results of DNA sequencing.Conclusion:PCR/RFLP technology can be applied in assaying the frequency and polymorphism of HIV-1 resistant gene in human crowd investigation and provide the base for the future study about polymorphism of SDF1?CCR2b?CCR5 of Chinese population.
