摘要
目的:建立一种二氧化硫的含量分析的离子色谱法,用于分析不同地区党参中二氧化硫的含量。方法:选用瑞士万通861双抑制型离子色谱仪,分析柱为Mtrosep A Supp 250/4.0,淋洗液为3.0mmol·L-1 Na2CO3-1.0mmol·L-1 NaHCO3。样品经氢氧化钠浸提,以甲醛做稳定剂,过滤后进样分析。结果:分析表明,二氧化硫含量在0~80μg·ml-1范围内性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 76,标准品及样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.33%和3.11%,平均回收率为93.1%~101.7%,最低检出限为0.45μg·ml-1。结论:建立的方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点。
OBJECTIVE To establish ion chromatography method for content analysis to measure sulfur dioxide contents in codonopsis produced in different areas.METHODS Metrohm861 ion chromatograph was selected,Mtrosep A Supp 250/4.0and 3.0mmol·L-1 Na2CO3-1.0mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 were used as analytical column and eluent,respectively.The sample was lixiviated in NaOH with formaldehyde as stabilizer,and would be injected for analysis after filtration.RESULTS The analysis showed good liner relationship in the range of 0~80μg·ml-1 of sulfur dioxide,correlation coefficient was 0.999 76,and relative standard deviations of the standard solution and sample were 1.33% and 3.11%,respectively.The mean recovery was in the range of 93.1%-101.7% and the detection limit was 0.45μg·mL-1.CONCLUSION This method has simple procedure,high sensitivity and accurate results.
