摘要
随着药物研究领域对药物代谢酶的密切关注,它们对药物以及内源性化合物的代谢功能越来越被人们熟知。其中Ⅱ相代谢酶(如葡萄糖醛酸转移酶、硫酸基转移酶或谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶等)主要负责催化药物或者Ⅰ相代谢产物与底物进行结合,使其易于从人体排泄从而降低毒性反应。通过查阅国内外相关文献综述了近年来硫酸基转移酶代谢相关的研究进展,期望增强人们对药物代谢过程的认识,对医院临床合理用药提供一定的借鉴和指导。
As drug metabolizing enzymes attract more close attentions in the field of drug studies,people get more and more familiar with their metabolizing functions on drugs and relevant endogenous substances.PhaseⅡ drug metabolizing enzymes(UDP-glucuronyl transferases,sulfotransferases,glutathione S-transferase,etc.)are mainly responsible for catalyzing the binding of drugs or phaseⅠ metabolite to substrates,to easily excrete the bonders from kidney and reduce their toxicity by promoting the water solubility of the metabolite.In this article,we primarily reviewed the research progress about metabolizing activities of sulfotransferases in recent years,to promote the understanding of drug metabolizing processes,and provide reference and guidance for clinical rational use of drugs.
