通督温阳灸法治疗阳虚质亚健康状态临床研究

Intervention of Yang-deficiency Sub-health with Moxibustion Therapy for Regulating Governor Vessel and Warming Yang

目的:观察通督温阳灸法治疗阳虚质亚健康状态的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将纳入标准的90例患者随机分为2组各45例,观察组采用通督温阳灸法,对照组给予金匮肾气丸口服,连续治疗3月后评价治疗前后健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分及疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分。结果:共有82例患者完成临床试验,观察组患者SF-36评分躯体功能(PF)、精力(VT)、机体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、精神健康(MH)评分分别与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组;2组FS-14评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均无不良反应发生。结论:通督温阳灸法可改善阳虚质亚健康状态患者的临床症状、生活质量、疲劳状态,有较高的安全性。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect and safety of moxibustion therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang on subjects suffering from sub-health with the syndrome of yang deficiency. Methods： Ninety cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with moxibustion therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang, and the control group was given Jingui Shenqi Pills. After three continuous months of treatment, health questionnaire SF-36 scores and fatigue scale-14（FS-14） scores were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： A total of 82 cases of subjects finished the clinical trial. The differences of the scores of SF-36, physical function, role of physiological, social function, vitality, body pain, mental health, role of emotion and FS-14 between the observation group and the control group were significant（P〈 0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment course in both groups. Conclusion. Moxibustion therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang is effective and safe in relieving the clinical symptoms, improving the quality of life, and alleviating the fatigue of sub-health subjects with the syndrome of yang deficiency.
