摘要
在文化多元共生的全球化语境中,世界关注中国,中国走向世界,已经成为一种重要的发展格局。随着中国文化"走出去"的需求不断加大,如何能有效培养本土翻译人才,更好地向世界表达中国成为一项重要课题。中国文化需要什么样的本土翻译人才来完成对外译介的使命,他们必须具备哪些必要翻译能力,如何提高中译外人才的培养质量?本文结合中国文化外译现状,立足多要素翻译能力研究模式,剖析目前中译外人才培养的问题,探寻中译外人才培养的原则与策略。
It is a development trend that China grows to be a more important player in the globalized world of cultural plurality. In this historic context, translator training has become an urgent task to showcase Chinese culture to the outside world. What translation competences should Chinese translators have？ What measures should be taken to produce qualified translators？ Based on PACTE＇s multi-component translation competence model, this paper looks into the issues underlying these key questions and offers some suggestions for translator training and the effective ＂going out＂ of Chinese cuhure.
