成都市双流县基层卫生人力资源配置现状调查及解决方法

我国在新农村建设上取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是我国农村基层卫生资源建设不足问题依然十分突出。本文采取多种方法针对性地对四川省成都市双流县的24家乡镇卫生院(3家中心医院,3家卫生服务中心,18家一般型卫生院)情况进行实地调查,研究其中存在的问题,运用规范和实证的研究方法,提出成都市双流县新农村建设中,在基层卫生资源配置中需要注意和完善的问题以及解决问题的方案。

The construction of the new countryside has made remarkable achievements, but our rural grassroots health resource shortage problem is still very prominent. This paper adopted a variety of ways targeted to Chengdu Shuangliu County, 24 township hospitals （3 central hospitals, 3 health centers, 18 general hospitals） to conduct a detailedfield survey. Study the existing problems, use normative and empirical research to propose the solution to perfect the basic health needs of allocation resources in shuangliu county’s new rural construction.
