培训质量影响因子分析与三级监控体系建设

摘要 培训质量三级监控体系建设与执行是保证和提升培训质量的重要抓手。本文依据培训标准化操作流程,构建了培训质量监控循环图,对培训质量监控内容与影响因子进行了详细分析,并在此基础上构建了培训质量三级监控体系,实现了培训质量提升,推动了培训中心由粗放型发展向精细化发展转型。 Constructing and executing a three-level monitoring system is the key to ensure the quality of training. In this paper, based on the standard operation process of management training, we built a cycle diagram of training quality monitoring and analyzed in detail the contents of training quality monitoring and influence factors. Accordingly, we constructed a three-level monitoring system and improved the training quality. It also promotes the transforming of the training center from extensive development to meticulous development.
