摘要
网络学习(E-Learning)越来越多的应用于企业培训中,个性化学习将是未来E-Learning发展的重要方向之一,每个学习者都具有不同的认知能力、知识水平、学习需求、知识背景和个人喜好等,从而导致用户在使用E-Learning系统时对系统的要求也不同。本文基于贝叶斯网络建立的网络学习评价系统,对学习者学习效果进行有效的评估,同时根据评估结果为学习者智能化呈现所需课程,可有效提升学习者的学习兴趣,帮助企业提高培训效果。
E-Learning applied more and more in enterprise training, Individualized Learning is an important direction of future E-Learning development, each student has different ability,knowledge level, learning needs, knowledge background and personal preferences, which leads to the user requirements different. In this paper, The evaluation System of E-Learning based on Bayesian makes learning more effective, and at the same time,according to the evaluation results for learners, can effectively improve the learners' Interest, help enterprises to improve the training effect.
