摘要
工资是贯穿劳动关系的最重要轴线,将劳动者、企业和政府联结在一起。实践中发生的劳动争议大都与工资相关,而解决这些争议的重要基础是了解工资的特征,否则难以取得预期良好效果,但既有研究对工资特征缺乏充分的探索。本文结合劳动关系的三方主体,分别以劳动者、企业和政府探讨工资的市场性、社会性和期待性特征,通过分析强调市场交换、关系维护和持续发展的不同作用,通过分析得出结论:明确工资的三种特征,从而能够倡导劳资双方遵循市场规范与社会规范,并基于合理期待构建互信、和谐的关系,从而促进劳资双方与社会的协同发展。
Wages is the most important axis runs through the labor relations, and it binds the workers, enterprises and government together. In practice, the labor disputes occurred mostly with wages related, and an important foundation to solve these disputes is to understand the characteristics of wages, otherwise it is difficult to achieve the expected good results, but the existing research lacks sufficient exploration on wage characteristics. In this paper, combined with the labor relations of the three parties, on the basis of respectively to the laborers, enterprises and government to discuss the characteristic of the market, society and expectations, through the analysis emphasizes the market exchange, relationship maintenance and continuous development and so on, the paper comes to the conclusion: clear the three characteristics of wages, thereby advocate labor both sides follow the norms of the market and social norms, and based on reasonable expectation construct relationship featuring mutual trust, harmony, so as to promote both labor and society coordinated development.
