The newly revised ＂environmental protection law＂ will be formally implemented on January Ith, 2015, and ＂textile dyeing and finish- ing industrial water and pollutant discharge standard＂ （GB 4287- 2012） has been implemented nearly two years, industry experts said, China＇s printing and dyeing industry wastewater emissions for indirect COD 200mg/L. Indirect emissions refers to centralized by processing system into the pipe network, namely standard COD 200mglL.
