摘要
本文在分析印度的"印度洋战略"五大内涵基础上,重点探讨了印度的"印度洋战略"对构建中国"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的影响,并分析了对中国海上运输安全的影响,印度的"印度洋战略"也给中国解决南海问题增添了不确定性。中国应积极塑造"共享型"的印度洋战略应对印度的影响。
This paper surveys the influence of India's Indian Ocean strategy on China's initiative to construct the '21st Century Maritime Silkroad' and analyzes its relevance to China's maritime transport security and safety. According to the author, India's strategy on the Indian Ocean adds uncertainties in solving the disputes in the South China Sea and China should actively calibrate its policy response to India in this regard.
