基于土地承载力评价的京津冀城市群结构优化研究

Study on the Structure Optimization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration Based on the Evaluation of Land Bearing Capacity

以京津冀城市群土地承载力面临的问题为出发点,通过阐述土地承载力的研究现状与内涵,完善并构建评价指标体系,可运用因子分析模型对城市群土地承载力进行了评价研究。根据实证结果找出土地承载优势和土地承载短板,并分析经济承载、基础设施承载、生产建设承载等子承载力和综合承载力的差异,进而探索通过内部调整和外部协调来实现承载力提升的思路。

By the problem of land bearing capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,this paper expounds the present situation and the connotation of the land bearing capacity to improve and build evaluation index system,using the factor analysis model to evaluate the urban agglomeration of land bearing capacity study. According to the empirical results, this paper finds out the advantage and the disadvantage of land bearing capacity and analyzes the differences of economic bearing, manufacturing bearing, infrastructure construetion bearing and comprehensive bearing capacity. Finally the paper explores the way to improve land bearing capacity by internal adjustment and external coordination.
