After 20 years of rapid development,the development zones are faced with impending financial crisis and confrontations caused by the globalized waves.The sustainability is under threat.Hence,the Hebei development zones should speed up industrial restructuring,cultivate special features,improve management and creativity,and build up competitiveness.
