摘要
高师院校职前语文教师教育问题明显,以下思路有助于问题的解决:强化职业情感教育,提升语文教师的人格魅力;提升语言文学素养,强化文本解读、写作等专业基础能力;调整课程结构,强化语文教师教育课程的学科专业性;落实"实践取向",探索多样化的课程实施方式;细化标准,体现学科对教师能力的基本要求。
There are obvious problems in pre-service Chinese teacher education, and the following ideas can help solve the problems, to strengthen vocational emotion education, and enhance the personal charisma of Chinese teachers; to enhance language literary quality, and strengthen the text interpretation, writing and other professional basic capabilities; to adjust curriculum structure, and strengthen the subject professionalism of Chinese teacher education; to implement "practice orientation", and explore diverse ways of curriculum implementation; to create detailed standards, and reflect the basic requirements for teacher discipline capabilities.
