摘要
通过借鉴社会学新制度学派的理论成果,文章分析了补习教育机构面对的逻辑困境及其行为偏差,认为由补习教育机构所处技术环境和制度环境分别派生的经营型逻辑和服务型逻辑同时构成对机构的合法性约束,在回应两种不同约束的过程中,补习教育机构出现了"行为市场化"和"机构冗余化"的行为偏差,严重影响了补习教育行业及补习教育机构的和谐健康发展。
Referring to the theory of the new institutionalism in sociology,the paper analyzes the logical dilemma and behavior deviation in the private supplementary tutoring institutions,considers that business logic and service logic derived from technology environment and institution environment have built up the legal restriction on the private supplementary tutoring institutions,in response to two different restrictions the behavior deviation of"behavior marketization"and"institutions redundancy"have arisen in the private supplementary tutoring institutions,seriously affected the harmonious and healthy development of supplementary education industry and the private supplementary tutoring institutions.
