摘要
随着2011年《世界新闻报》窃听丑闻的曝光,一场对于报刊界的调查全面展开,由此开启了对英国现行的报刊业监管制度的改革。本文对于这次报刊业监管改革的原因、大致历程、改革的具体内容,其中存在的争议和博弈进行了描述和介绍。在此基础上对于英国报刊业监管改革的实质,以及对于我国的启示和借鉴进行了分析。
After the inquiry to the Practice of Press hosted by Lord Justice Leveson, the new re- gime of press regulation became to be built. This thesis seeks to discribe and introduce the reason, background, process, content, debate and fight about such reform. On this ground, analysis is giv- en to the nature and the enlightenment to us.
