Formation Mechanism of Individual Innovation in Knowledge Work Based on Cognition Perspective

摘要 基于野中郁次郎的知识创造理论,通过理论推导与演绎,解析了知识工作中个体创新的形成机理,着重分析了个体知识创新的核心认知行为,构建了个体知识创新模型。研究发现,体验、隐喻、逻辑思维和再体验是个体知识创新过程中促进隐性知识与显性知识相互转换的核心认知行为。研究成果深化了对知识工作中个体创新形成机理的认识,为后续分析知识工作中信息技术对个体创新的作用奠定了基础。 Based on the knowledge creation SECI model developed by Ikujiro Nonaka, the characteristics of cognitive behav- iors in four knowledge conversion modes and the core cognitive behavior in each knowledge conversion mode is refined through theoretical deduction, and the individual knowledge creation model was also constructed. Research shows that ex- perience, metaphor, logical thinking and re-experience constitute the core cognitive behaviors of innovation process in knowledge work, which leads to the conversion between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. This research pushes forward the understanding of the formation mechanism of innovations in knowledge work and lays a foundation for further analysis of the information technology's effects on innovations in knowledge work.
