摘要
全面深化改革正在全国迅速推进,国有林区改革正在列入国务院的重要议事日程。山西省直属国有林区改革势在必行,增强林区活力、增加林区"造血"机能是林区改革的核心问题,林区产业发展是解决这个问题的关键。文章从种苗发展、生态旅游、林下资源开发等方面提出了太岳林局林业产业发展战略,为省直林区产业发展提供了有益借鉴。
