摘要
合肥"大湖名城"的战略定位既符合生态文明理念,又需要生态文化的引导和支撑。生态文化既是"大湖名城"的有机构成和时代构思,也是提升"大湖名城"综合影响力的重要支点;依托和借助合肥自然与历史文化优势,科学认知以"大湖"为特征的自然生态系统,培育公民的生态意识;完善公众参与生态文化建设的社会运行机制和保障制度,促进"名城"生态文化事业和生态文化产业的发展。
The strategic orientation "City with a Great Lake " of Hefei conforms to the concept of ecological civilization, and also needs ecological culture as guidance and support. Ecological culture, on the one hand, serves as the organic composition and conception of "City with a Great Lake ", on the other hand, it is an important pivot in improving the comprehensive effect of "City with a Great Lake ". With the help of Hefei's advantages in natural and historical culture, we are able to cognize the ecological system characterized by "City with a Great Lake ", and cultivate the ecologica/consciousness of citizens. Besides, in order to safeguard the public participation in ecological cubture construction, we should further develop the relevant social operation mechanism and security system, which will facilitate the development of ecological cultural undertakings and industries.
