溶血试验作为眼刺激试验替代方法的研究

STUDY ON USING HAEMOLYSIS TEST AS AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF DRAIZE EYE IRRITATION TEST.

目的 :使用溶血试验作为体内眼刺激试验 (Draize test)的一种替代方法。方法 :用该方法对 14种化学物的眼刺激性进行检测 ,得到指标 HC50 值 ,与 Draize test两种评分标准 ,即最大平均值 (MAS)和 2 4 h作用值的结果进行相关性比较。结果 :L og HC50 与 MAS和 2 4 h作用值的相关系数分别是 0 .95 5和 0 .94 4 ,MAS与结膜评分相关显著。结论 :溶血试验可用于替代

Objective:To use Haemolysis Test as an alternative method of Draize eye irritation test (Draize test).Method:14 cosmetic ingredients were tested by Haemolysis Test and the results were compared with two kinds of scores in Draize test(i.e.Maximum average Draize total score (MAS) and 24h after application).Result:The correlation coefficient (r) between Mean LogHC 50 and the MAS or the 24h after application were 0 955 and 0 944,respectively.And it also showed LogHC 50 had significent correlation with conjunctivae score in the three components of the MAS.Conclusion:The results suggest that Haemolysis Test is simple,quick, sensitive and cheap.It can be used as an effective alternative method to Draize eye irritation test.
