摘要
美国常青藤教育集团(Evergreen Education Group)自2005年起面向全美50州开展K-12在线学习相关政策与实践调研,所形成的《与K-12在线学习同步:政策与实践年度回顾》系列报告较为完整地展现了美国K-12在线学习发展情况。通过分析该系列报告,首先从不同类型的K-12在线学习项目发展情况探究其发展现状,其主要表现出优势集中、区域适切、时空拓展、资源整合等特征;其次从美国各州的K-12在线学习政策发展情况分析,其发展主要呈现出以促进学生成长为最终发展目标、以扩大在线学习选择为发展重点、以规范信息沟通与在线教学为基本保障等趋势;最后结合我国实际探究其在发展目标、发展路径、发展保障与发展的可持续性,其对我国K-12在线学习发展具有重要的启示作用,为我国K-12在线学习的发展与完善可以提供一定的参考借鉴。
Keeping Pace with K- 12 online learning: policy and practice annual report" reflected the overall development of A- merican K - 12 online learning relatively completely, which has been published by American Evergreen Education Group, reviews K - 12 online learning policy and practice of all 50 states in America from 2005. The different types of K - 12 online learning programs and the policy related K- 12 online learning released by some states referred to this series of reports will be analyzed in this study, which tries to explore the development status and trends of American K - 12 online learning. Firstly, its development status has the features of the advantage to be centralized, the district to be suited, the time and space to be enlarged and the resource to be integrated. Second- ly, it mainly shows the trends of promoting students'development as the ultimate goal, expanding the learning options as the emphasis and standardizing information communication and online teaching & learning as the basic security. At last, based on the China'a actual situation, this study discusses the implications in terms of development objectives, development path and sustainable development for further developing K - 12 online learning in China, in order to provide some reference for China's K - 12 online learning development and improvement.
