摘要 内插式永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制技术不仅可以降低成本,还可以扩展电机在恶劣环境下的应用范围。基于此提出了基于自适应观测器对电机转速进行估计的方法,由于在估计过程中要用到很多电机参数,而电机参数变化对估计结果影响很大,于是又提出了基于自适应观测器对定子电阻和转子磁链进行在线辨识的方法。最后仿真结果表明参数辨识方法能够非常准确地在线辨识出参数的实际值,并且带有参数辨识的转速估计模型能够快速跟踪上实际转速,动态性及稳定性较好。 The sensorless control technology of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) can not only reduce costs, but also extend the applications of motor in harsh environment. This paper proposed a method based on adaptive observer to estimate the speed of motor. As a lot of motor parameters will be used in the estimation, and the variation of these parameters has a large influence on the estimates, a new method based on adaptive observer is proposed to identify the stator resistance and rotor flux online. The simulation results show that the method of parameters identification can accurately identify the actual value of the param- eters online. And speed estimation model with parameters identification can fast track the actual speed. It has good dynamics and stability.
