摘要
本试验使用Herd Chek猪瘟抗体检测试剂盒针对吉林市5个不同规模养猪场的种猪猪瘟血清抗体进行检测。结果表明:试验的5个猪场种猪猪瘟抗体平均合格率(抗体阻断率≥50%)为81.58%,猪瘟抗体平均不合格率(抗体阻断率<50%)为18.42%;针对抗体检测不合格种猪使用猪瘟脾淋苗结合黄芪多糖注射液加强免疫一次,种猪群猪瘟抗体平均合格率达到92.12%,比首次检测提高了10.54%,对于加强免疫后不合格的种猪予以淘汰进行净化。
To evaluate the status of the breeding pigs. immunity against classic swine fever virus (CSFV), serum samples from 5 pig farms of different sizes in Jilin were collected and tested with Herdehek CSFV- ELISA kit1. The results showed that the average passing rate (i.e., antibody blocking rate ) 50%) of the pigs with sufficient antibody against CSFV on the 5 farms was 81.58%.The average unqualified (i.e., blocking rate〈50%) rate was18.42%.A booster vaccination with swine fever spleen tube seedlings and astragalus polysaccharide injection was implemented on the breeding swine that failed the test. It showed the average passing rate had reached 92.12%, i.e., an increase of 10.54% over the rate prior to the booster, some preliminary measures for the CSFV eradication program is presented .
