不同中医证型冠心病患者冠状动脉CT血管成像影像分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察不同中医证型冠心病患者冠状动脉CT血管成像(冠脉CTA)影像表现。方法将冠心病组患者100例分为心血瘀阻、痰阻心脉、寒滞心脉、气滞心脉、心气亏虚、心阴亏虚及心阳亏虚7个证型,同时选取50例正常体检者作为正常对照组,分析冠脉CTA影像特点。结果心血瘀阻、痰阻心脉及心阴亏虚证候为冠心病患者的主要证候特点,分别占中医证型的前3位。冠心病组患者心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)体积、冠状动脉钙化积分(CACS)均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);冠心病组7种证候分型之间两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠脉CTA检查作为一种无创检查手段,对于不同中医证型冠心病的诊断分析发挥重要的辅助作用。 Objective To investigate imaging finding of coronary CT angiography of patients with different traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome type of coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into seven syndromes, cariac blood stasis, phlegm obstructing the heart vessels, cold hysteresis heart arteries and veins, stagnation of the circulation of vital energy heart arteries and veins, heart - qi deficiency, heart Yin deficiency and heart Yang deficiency. At the same time 50 cases of normal physical examination were selected as normal control group. The characteristics of the coronary CTA images were analyzed. Results The syndromes of cariac blood stasis, phlegm obstructing the heart vessels and heart Yin deficiency were the main syndrome characteristics of coronary heart disease patients, ranks the top 3 of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome. Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) and coronary artery calcium score (CACS) in patients groups with coronary heart disease were higher than those in normal control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , There was no difference between coronary heart disease patients groups on the indexes ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Coronary CT angiography examination as a noninvasive examination means, to the diagnostic analysis of different TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease plays an important supporting role.
