排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症46例临床观察

Observation of infertility with polycystic ovarian syndrome treated by combination of Pailuan decoction and Clomifene citrate

目的观察排卵汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬（CC）治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕症临床疗效。方法将139例PCOS不孕症患者随机分为3组。对照1组46例予CC治疗,对照2组47例予CC、注射用尿促性素（HMG）治疗,治疗组46例予排卵汤联合CC治疗。观察子宫内膜厚度、排卵率、妊娠率、未破裂卵泡黄素化（LUF）、多胎率及流产率等。结果治疗组流产率、多胎率均低于对照1组、对照2组（P〈0.05）;治疗组子宫内膜厚度为8-12 mm患者百分率及妊娠率高于对照1组、对照2组（P〈0.05）。结论排卵汤联合CC治疗PCOS患者可以获得满意的周期妊娠率,并降低并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of infertility with polyeystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） treated by combination of Pailuan decoction and Clomifene citrate. Methods 139 PCOS infertility patients were randomly divided into three groups. Control group 1 of 46 cases with Clomifene citrate （CC） treatment, control group 2 of 47 cases to CC, HMG treatment, the treatment group of 46 cases to Pailuan decoction and with CC therapy. Endometrial thickness, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, multiplets rate and abortion rate were observed. Results Abortion rate and multiplets rate in treatment group were lower than that in control group 1, control group 2 （P 〈 0.05 ）. The percent of treatment group patients with endometrial thickness of 8 - 12 mm was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The pregnancy rate of treatment group is higher than that of the control groupl and control group 2 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combination of Pailuan decoction and Clomifene citrate on infertility with P- COS can obtain satisfactory cycle pregnancy rate, and reduce the complications.
