中药外敷辅助椎间融合术治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症58例 被引量:5

摘要 退行性腰椎滑脱症是临床常见的脊椎滑落[1],该病使患者腰椎退变,进而引发椎弓完整的腰椎向前、向后或向侧方移位,以腰痛、下肢痛等为主要临床表现,严重影响患者日常生活。椎间融合术是临床常用治疗方式,可有效减轻腰痛,缓解神经压迫,但临床效果不显著。中药外敷联合椎间融合术则可有效接骨强筋,活血止痛,减轻患者临床症状[2]。
