丹红注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合高压氧预防一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病61例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察丹红注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合高压氧预防一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)临床疗效。方法将122例重度ACOP患者随机分为2组。治疗组61例给予丹红注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合高压氧治疗,对照组61例施以高压氧治疗。2组均治疗30 d后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后Barthel指数评分、简易智能精神量表(MMSE)评分、智力残疾评分(AAMD)及发生DEACMP的发生率。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组DEACMP发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后Barthel指数评分、MMSE评分及AAMD评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液、奥扎格雷钠联合高压氧治疗可有效预防DEACMP的发生,且能提高临床疗效,改善生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection and sodium ozagrel combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the prevention of the acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning (ACOP) delayed encephalopathy (DEACMP). Methods 122 patients with severe ACOP were randomly divided into observation group and control group 61 cases to 61 cases. The observation group was given Danhong injection and sodium ozagrel combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the control group only with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, and two groups are of consistent general situation and the foundation treatment. The Barthel index score, MMSE score, AAMD score and incidence of DEACMP before and after treatment were observed. Results The clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Incidence of DEACMP in treatment group is lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The Barthel index score, MMSE score and AAMD score after treatment were higher in two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), and higher in treatment group is better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Danhong injection and sodium ozagrel combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of DEACMP.
