摘要 1进入21世纪后,我国图书馆界迅速掀起＂权利话语热＂,凸显＂走向权利时代＂的趋向。截至目前,我国图书馆权利研究取得了哪些主要成果？图书馆权利研究与传播给我国图书馆理论与实践带来了哪些显著的变化？范并思《图书馆建设》在十年以后重提＂图书馆权利＂这一话题意义深远。中国近现代图书馆出现于上世纪初。
