Ten Year Progress and Prospect of the Ideological Trend of the Library Rights in China in the 21st Century

图书馆权利思潮历经酝酿(2003—2004)、兴起(2005—2007)、高涨(2008—2010)和盛行(2011—2014)四个阶段。梳理新世纪以来以平等权利和自由权利为中心的图书馆权利思潮在中国的发展变化,认为图书馆权利的研究方兴未艾,图书馆权利的实践困难重重,图书馆权利的传播任重道远。

This article describes the progress of the ideological trend of the library rights - the rights of equal access to public library and freedom of information - in China in the 21st century, which includes the brewing phrase （2003-2004）, the rising phrase （2005- 2007）, the upsurge phrase （2008-2010）, and the prevailing phrase （2011-2014）, and concludes that it is essential to promote the study, dissemination and practice of the library rights in China in the future.
