摘要
目的对海洋中药浒苔Enteromorpha prolifera的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备高效液相色谱等分离手段对浒苔提取物的乙酸乙酯相进行分离纯化,并利用各种波谱方法,结合文献对照,确定化合物结构。结果从浒苔的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到7个化合物,经鉴定为(8Z,11Z,14Z)-十七碳三烯醛(1),(8Z,11Z)-十七碳二烯醛(2),(8Z)-十七烯醛(3),α-生育酚(4),植醇(5),5-燕麦甾烯醇(6)和(5E,9E,13E,17E)-5,9,14,18,22-五甲基-5,9,13,17,21-二十三碳五烯-2-酮(7)。结论所有化合物均为首次从浒苔中分离得到,其中化合物7为新天然产物。本研究为海洋中药浒苔的药效物质基础研究提供了参考。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of marine traditional Chinese medicine En- teromorpha prolifera. Methods Column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, and semipreparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of EtOAc extract of E. prolifera, and their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS, and by comparison with the data of literature. Results From the EtOAc extract of E. prolifera, seven compounds were isolated and identified as (8Z, 11Z, 14Z)-heptadecatrienal ( 1 ), ( 8Z, 11Z)-heptadecadienal (2), (8Z)-heptadecenal (3), α-tocopherol (4), trans-phytol (5), 5-Avenasterol (6) and (SE,9E,13E, 17E)-5,9,14,18,22-pentamethyltricosa-5,9,13,17,21-pentaen-2-one (7), respectively. Conclusion All of the compounds were isolated from E. prolifera for the first time, and compound 7 was identified as a new natural product. This study might provide references for further research on the material basis of the efficacy of Enteromorpha prolifera.
